ThePrintedPackaging is the owner of the materials used in product assembly. No third parties are sold the materials. Whether ThePrintedPackaging gives out free samples or uses any other means to highlight the calibre of their goods is within their authority.

Apart from the content found on the sites, you can also evaluate, buy, order, and finish items, design services, and transactions (“Services”).

Please do not use the sites and leave right away if you do not agree to these terms. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT, WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, TO CHANGE OR MODIFY THESE TERMS. If we post changes to these terms, your continued use of our sites will be interpreted as your acceptance of such changes. Unless we specifically notify you otherwise. Order Eligibility/ Criteria

Fees/ Charges

TPP will charge your credit card or any payment method that TPP accepts for all fees associated with any goods and services that are offered on the sites. You agree to pay TPP for any costs needed to recover amounts owed, including legal expenses, if legal action is required to collect on balances owing. All Internet access services and telecommunications services required for using the Websites must be purchased by you, and you are responsible for covering the associated costs. 

Specifications, Content, And Products

Details on the goods and services that are offered for sale are posted on the websites. Included in the prices are not any relevant taxes. The characteristics, information, offerings, prices, and specifications of any goods and services mentioned or shown on the Sites are all subject to change at any moment and without prior notice. 

Packaging can differ from what is seen. Although we do our best to correctly show the features of our goods, including the relevant colours, we are unable to guarantee that your computer will display these colours accurately since the actual colour you see will depend on your system. Any items or services that are listed on the Sites at any one time do not indicate or guarantee that they will be available at that time. Some factors can sometimes cause a delay in the production or delivery of a particular good or service. If this happens, we’ll do our best to let you know about the delay and update you on the new delivery date.

Orders

You guarantee that the things you purchase will only be used legally by making an order. All of the prices shown here are subject to change without notice and are based on current expenditures. Additional agreements between you and TPP can govern payment periods and amounts. Although it is our practice to confirm orders by email, receiving an email order confirmation does not signify that we have accepted the purchase or that we are offering the goods or services for sale. Without giving any previous warning, we retain the right to restrict the amount ordered of any product or service or to refuse service to any person. Before accepting and/or shipping any purchase, we can additionally need information to be verified. 

Shipping Limitations

Orders will be sent to the address specified by the buyer as long as the delivery address complies with the guidelines and limitations on shipping that are posted on the Sites. Every purchase made via the Sites is conducted by a shipping agreement. 

As a result, once the things are delivered to the carrier, you become the owner and bear the risk of loss for whatever you buy from the Sites. It is your responsibility to notify carriers of any missing or damaged packages.

Users Content

Our custom design services are primarily meant to enable you to submit your own material (“User Content”) so that you can create personalized packaging (the personalized substance being called “Product”). To contribute user content to the services or make transactions via the sites, you must be at least eighteen years old. 

You thus give TPP a non-exclusive right to use, print, copy, transmit, and distribute your User Content only to fulfil your purchase for the Product. Additionally, TPP can sometimes ask you for permission to show the item—including your User Content—as an example of TPP’s possibilities. You guarantee and signify that you own all rights required to use the User Content and to provide TPP with the permissions mentioned in this section. For any User Content you post on the Services, you alone are accountable. 

Uploading any Prohibited Content (as defined below) to the Services is prohibited. Although you understand and agree that TPP does not pre-screen User Content and is under no duty to monitor the User Content you post into the Services, TPP retains the right, in its sole discretion, to decide whether User Content comprises Prohibited Content. TPP can cancel your purchase without requiring more information from you if it finds that the User Content you submitted contains Prohibited Content. “Prohibited Content” refers to the following: 

(i) copyrighted content that is made available on the Services without the owner’s express consent; (ii) content that we deem offensive, abusive, deceptive, or in any other way inappropriate; (iii) unlawful content; (iv) content that could inadvertently cause harm to children; and (v) content that infringes upon the rights of others.

Cancellations Of Custom Orders

Since our items are built to order by your exact requirements, no refunds can be applied to any custom-produced orders. It is your responsibility as the client to ensure that the size, artwork, number, product type, and print choice of your final product are all accurately specified in your purchase. Any mistakes the consumer makes throughout the ordering procedure are not TPP’s fault.

Information Accuracy

TPP has worked hard to ensure that the dimensions and design of all customisable items seem as true as possible, and to present the colours, photos, and art submitted or displayed inside our Online Art Editor as exactly as feasible on the internet. However, as this depends on your computer system, we cannot guarantee that any colour on your computer monitor will appear accurately. Every refund or reprint will be evaluated individually, and TPP will have the last say on whether to provide one or not. If TPP, in its sole discretion, chooses to replace any items or to return or credit to you any money paid for an arrangement, the replacement, return, or credit will serve as both your exclusive remedy and TPP’s whole, exclusive, and only obligation about that transaction.

Returns and Conflicts

If TPP decides to repay you for any sums, you acknowledge and agree that the method of repayment will be the same as the initial payment method (such as a credit card).

You acknowledge that TPP can allow a third-party vendor to handle and attempt to resolve any disputes you can have regarding charges made on your credit or debit card. This authorization can include TPP giving the vendor access to your name, physical address, phone number, email address, and the first six and last four digits of your credit or debit card number.

In an effort to resolve the dispute, you consent to TPP sharing this information with the third-party vendor, who can then share it with your credit/debit card provider, the bank that issued the card, and TPP’s merchant processing firm. TPP will make every effort to get an agreement from the third-party provider to maintain the privacy of such information.

If TPP disputes valid charges made to your credit or debit card and it turns out that your claim was not genuine, you agree to pay TPP back for any costs (including bank and legal fees) spent throughout the dispute resolution process.

Refund Policy:

We’ll try to avoid any error or mistake during the production of items. But an accidental error or mistake is possible.
So, if you receive the faulty goods, or those are not produced according to the digital proof, you have to inform us with in three days of the package receipt.
You will be asked to send the images of the faulty products along with the digital proofs. We might ask you to return the goods, depending upon the situation. We will discuss the case with our QC department. We’ll re-print the goods free of cost, but the reimbursement will not be credited.

While maintaining or establishing connections to the Sites from other websites is not prohibited, we do retain the right to demand that you deactivate or delete any such link at our request if we decide, in our sole discretion Links to websites that are not owned, operated, or under the control of TPP or its affiliates can sometimes appear on the Sites.

Unsuitable Material

Confidentiality and the safety of your password and account are solely your responsibility. Additionally, you bear full responsibility for any actions taken using your account.

You commit to alerting us right away to any unauthorized use of your account or other security violation that you become aware of. 

It is your responsibility to implement security measures that are appropriate for your circumstances and the way you want to use the Sites and the Services. In some situations, we can be required by law to disclose user billing, accounts, User Content, usage documentation, and associated information (e.g., in response to a subpoena, demand, order, lawful process, or to preserve our rights, clients, or company).
