Refund and Returns Policy

Have you been sent incorrect, damaged, faulty, or missing products? No need to worry; our operations and support staff are here to help you as much as possible. Delivering exceptional customer service is our aim.

Return Guidelines And Processes

A product that is incorrect, broken, unfinished, or has a flaw can be returned by the client. Customers have three days from the time of delivery to notify ThePrintedPackaging and the designated courier service of any damaged goods. If there are any other issues, returns can be made within seven days of delivery. After seven days after delivery, complaints from customers are not handled by us. We are sorry for the trouble this has caused.

To return any purchase, the buyer must fulfil the following requirements:

  • Within 7 days after delivery, the consumer must get in touch with us.
  • The item must be undamaged and in sellable condition.
  • Included in the product’s original packaging should be the user manual, warranty card, brand/manufacturer’s box, and MRP tag still in place.
  • Customer returns of the goods must be made in whole, including any complimentary gifts or accessories that came with it.
  • For assistance with damaged, faulty, or incorrect products, the client should get in touch with our support staff.

To aid the team in their investigation, the client must provide or upload any necessary photos and videos along with a brief but comprehensive description.
