Size Options

Book mailers are made to order, perfect for storing anything from a tiny keepsake to large framed art. They can be anywhere between 6 inches and 24 inches long, 6 inches to 18 inches wide, 1 inch to 3 inches deep, and are flexible enough to hold just about anything flat and delicate.

Boxes ship flat for easy packing and shipping, and fold flat when they arrive. There is a short video tutorial for assembling boxes so there are no guesswork involved.

PurePrint Premium combines our brightest white board with our sharpest print quality, perfect for bold, full-colour designs using water-based inks. PurePrint Premium with kraft interior maintains the bright white exterior but adds a natural kraft brown interior, for a striking contrast and memorable unboxing moment.

PurePrint Matte has the same high quality printing but without the shine. This matt packaging also comes in a kraft interior for a more natural, comfortable experience when unboxing.

For companies who are looking for subtlety outside and impact inside, the combination of a kraft exterior and a premium white interior provides a discreet, natural-looking outer shell that opens up to reveal a crisp white interior.

Standard White board is a cost-effective option for everyday use (white liners, kraft flute core), making it ideal for packaged goods of the most basic kind. Premium White board has been clay-coated to have a smoother, more polished finish and is white inside and out for a more appealing appearance. Premium White can be infused with a glossy cured-ink coating over printed areas for added luster and shelf appeal; unprinted areas remain matte.

Kraft board itself gives a natural, earthy look that is appropriate for eco-conscious or sustainable brands; but, colours print differently on kraft than white board. If your design includes white elements, use Standard or Premium White, as white ink cannot be printed on kraft.

How to Order Your Custom Box

Start by entering your box size, material selections (if applicable), print finish and quantity desired. Upload your artwork or design, then click Checkout.

If you’re interested in testing before ordering a full run of boxes, we can order sample orders of up to four boxes quickly and you can confirm the sizing, fit, and print quality.

Adding Your Artwork

There are two easy ways to get your design onto the packaging. You can design online using our free tool with no design software or experience required. Select “Design Online” in the top-left corner and follow the instructions on the checkout page.

Alternatively, if you work in Adobe Illustrator, simply add your product to the shopping cart, and then check out. You’ll receive a dieline template via email shortly after placing your order.
